First and foremost, thank you for considering membership with us!

Before we tee off into all the exciting benefits and events, let’s ensure all the formalities are completed.

To ensure we maintain a committed and engaged community, we've established a selective application process. A $28 non-refundable application fee is required to submit this form. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and processing membership.

Once your application is submitted, our membership commitee will review it. Qualified candidates may be invited for a brief virtual interview. All applicants will receive a notification regarding their membership status via email within two weeks of the final interview.

Financial Commitment and Group Culture

Your annual dues are determined by the membership tier you choose. Each tier comes with exclusive benefits, including your Golden Goddess blazer, polo, initiation ceremony, golf clinics, and access to exclusive events.

Membership Tier

Membership Application Process

Your journey to becoming a Golden Goddess officially begins once we receive your fully completed application, including all initialed pages, required forms, and the signed waiver of liability. Membership is open to women who are at least 21 years of age.

Steps to Membership

1. Apply – Submit your completed membership application and required documents.

2. Review – The Golden Goddess Membership Committee will review your application.

3. Interview – After review, you’ll be invited to an interview with the committee, where we’ll learn more about you and your journey.

4. Approval – Once approved, you’ll receive an official welcome letter with details about your membership tier and dues.

5. Initiation – Celebrate your induction into the Golden Goddess community with our initiation ceremony and begin enjoying your member benefits.

Membership Obligations

Adhering to the Golden Goddess rules and guidelines is essential to maintaining the integrity and spirit of our community. Please note that in the event of cancellations—whether due to weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances—dues, in part or in full, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Participation in Golden Goddess events and activities is undertaken at your own risk. By submitting this application, you agree to release the Golden Goddess Golf Group, its officers, and members from any liability for injuries or incidents that may occur during group activities or events.

Image and Representation

As a radiant member of the Golden Goddess Golf Group, your image, likeness, and voice may be captured in promotional materials, both online and in print. By signing this agreement, you grant permission for your image and related content to be used across various media platforms to celebrate and promote the spirit, activities, and accomplishments of the Golden Goddess community.

Participation

Maintaining an active membership within the Golden Goddess Golf Group requires consistent engagement in all key areas of the group. Members are expected to participate in at least 50% of events, clinics, practices, community engagement, fundraisers, and special activities.

Clinics are where excellence begins! Regular sessions will be held at Joseph M. Bartholomew Municipal Golf Course on First Fridays from 5:45 PM – 7:00 PM, with additional weekend clinics and practices scheduled as needed during peak season. All members will also have access to recorded tutorials, and out-of-town members may join via Zoom or submit videos demonstrating their proficiency.

Practices immediately preceding major events are mandatory. To perform confidently, members must demonstrate 75% proficiency in all required skills. Attendance at clinics, practices, meetings, and events ensures your place in the spotlight and allows you to fully enjoy the Golden Goddess experience.

General Conduct and Trademark Respect

Respect and dignity are the cornerstones of all interactions within the Golden Goddess Golf Group. Club events, clinics, and special activities are stages where members’ conduct should reflect the elegance, professionalism, and spirit of Golden Goddess.

Any use of the Golden Goddess name, logo, or branding—whether for media engagements, merchandise, or promotional materials—requires prior written approval from the leadership team. Unauthorized sales, reproduction, or distribution of Golden Goddess-branded items are strictly prohibited.

Enforcement Rights

To protect the safety, integrity, and reputation of the Golden Goddess Golf Group, the leadership team reserves the right to revoke membership for any violations of rules, policies, or behavioral expectations.

Please note that once membership is revoked, any dues paid are non-refundable. This ensures fairness and maintains the high standards of our community.
